The only char that got the outfit was fifi, so it's either based on doing the dailies or opening the pouches. I did both on her.

@Icygoddess Then why did it start with "Once you helped out souls for 15 days" then next day it was "14"? This kinda hints at a counter. If it was the total number of days it would have stayed at 15 as the event post says.

This is ridiculous, i would think they'd test the patches before they send them out. In town from 60fps solid to 35fps and in battle from 50-60fps to 0-20fps. Ya'll broke something badly.
