what you mean you cant add ? you mean there is no add button in friend list? if so then yes there is nothing like that you just have to whisper to person who you want to add and click on the name on chat to add , or just click on character in tow…
sometimes i forget how scroll looks and i do all raids twice everyday , only what drops recently its lvl 90 armor parts what are worth nothing , drop rate is just horrible

Check your character grown pack , its in the right down corner of your screen in event icon . You should receive there some ap capsules and exp bonus every 10 lvls if i remember good . And in higher lvls items like scroll or smth
