Ok so why is it still 20kap+ to restore a 90 weapon if your taking out mats from 2nd try? You can farm up new mats for another weapon way faster than getting the AP..

It was given out at exactly 2:50 EST ( or 11:50 PST) and only once per account (for some nonsensical reason). I tested with a different account at 2:58ish and nothing as well so it seems like it was just a global thing at a very specific time.
