    I see that he's able to use beleclaire even though blood pact is still active now. Is that the only change or am I missing something?

    The changes occured back in April.The same guy posted a Test server Balor run around that time to show the changes but there is no translation attached.

    The only thing i could kind of get from an incomplete french traduction was that Blood Pact's damage would be upgraded and its duration as well.Even there,the traduction is unclear so i might be wrong.

    Since you mentioned the Belcaire,i was able to see it in the translation as well,so there's definitely that.
