question on the +15 coupon on new years

so if you use the coupon and a +11 could it go down?

    It isn't explicitly stated to be the Lubber's Sketchy Enhancement coupon, and nor did those reduce enhancement. This coupon is likely the garbage one we've received twice(?) this year that has a 99% chance to be a +10 coupon.

    It will not reduce enhancement. if the weapon is already +10, it will either stay the same or get +11 to +15.

    Seems a bit... sketchy

    im asking if i use it on a +11 weapon would it go down to +10 or just stay the same if nothing happens?

    Sounds like we're getting the ones that you'll know the enhance level ahead of time. The only downside is that I believe those are the old version of the item with the horrible, horrible chance at anything better than +10. As VOlterix said, this probably won't be useful for much other than skipping having to rune up to +10.

    The game detects wich weapon you can use the coupn on or not.

    If you get a +10 coupon,your +11 won't appear in the selection box when you open it.

    I hope this coupon can be atleast used on +0 weapon , would be sad if it would work only at 10 + just to get +10

    I am like 99.99% sure you can use these on a +0 item based on previous coupons. In fact that is probably the best item to use it on to get the most value from this item no matter which enhancement rank you get

    Ok so i do have a +11 weapon in my inventory and the coupon doesn't detect it.So you can't accidently downgrade a weapon.
