Well brothers, who has the highest enhanced cestus/pillar for both 90 & 95lv?

    Nyctus owns a +16 Lugh pillar, Totem owns a +16 Regina pillar. I've seen 1 +14 dullahan cestus, 2 +13 cestus, +1 13 pillar.

    I got a +14 90 Cestus - Made pre Rise. Went Boom from 14 to 15, got it back, usually you have had 1 more Chance to fully destroy your Weapon but after Rise it will sit forever at 14
