unobtainable scrolls

hello everyone

i am farming for the extreme Enchant scroll for some time but i cant seem to find it or get it, even if i google it i cant find it.
could it be that its one of the unobtaineble scrolls?
cus i realy want it.

    It was on the list of removed enchants found in the RISE translated patch notes in the Future Content section

    could you give me a link to the page of te scrols that ar unobtainable. i could not find it there
