The most OP pokemon of all time is obviously wailmer (don't check his stats <). Not many people know this but wailmer is a lowkey legendary pokemon and makes scrubs like mewtwo and arceus tremble in fear. Who do YOU think is the most strongest pokemon to ever exist? Please choose wisely.

Stopped playing Pokemon a long time ago, but Crobat was my top multi-purpose Pokemon because it's just SO flexible in capturing and single battles (it suffers a lot in double battles because of all the weaknesses). Not sure about contests because I had a Gardevoir that won all the ribbons regardless of which category.
-It is one of the fastest Pokemon that can use Mean Look, and it can inflict a variety of status effects like Toxic, Confuse Ray, Captivate, and Hypnosis (learned through breeding). I swap Mean Look with Toxic when I take it into Battle Tower.
-The Inner Focus ability keeps it from annoying flinch moves.
-Can learn Protect, Double Team, Endure, Roost, Fly, and Substitute as reliable defensive options.
-Heartgold/Soulsilver can teach it Super Fang as a safe method for weakening foes...and against those HP tanks like Chansey.
