E-mail problem

Good morning,
I just created an account on Nexon to play to Vindictus, but when i want to confirm my e-mail adress, i can't because the confirmation e-mail never gone in my mail box so i can't play to Vindictus. Is it the 1st time there is a problem like that or do you know any solutions to my problem? ( my e-mail adress is good...)
Sorry i don't speak english very well but thank you for your future answers.

    So I merged the threads since the issue is similar.

    So for both of you having these issues.
    Just want to verify that you've checked your spam box.

    If it is not there please tell me what browser and email service you are using.

    I checked may spam box. Nating :( Problam is email service... in gmail its work. may email service is mail.inbox.lv

    Last email from nexon i get 19 april 2017.

    I am a forum moderator so there is not much I can do about account issues especially since it is the weekend.

    But let me see if I understand this, you were able to get your account back?

    Right now there is a known issue with private domains receiving verification emails, and for new accounts we are suggesting they use a major domain like Gmail.
    However for older accounts you will have to file a ticket and wait for the GMs to respond.

    Could you file a ticket with either of the accounts you posted on with information about your issue, your mains email and all the information you can give about the account.

    Hey.
    My friend has the same problem.
    When he reactivates his account on his mail, nothing comes from Nexon .
    The last letter from Nexon was in February, when the account was migrated from the euro.
    We checked all the folders. Including spam and trash
    How can I reactivate?

    isn't lv Latvia? I think that county may not be on the supported regions list for Vindictus.

    Can not a person living in Europe use the postal service of another region?
    Nobody is against changing the mail for the game.
    But it can not because the old mail does not come with a reactivation code!
