solid scroll location?

Solid scroll is now A rank. Where do I find solid scrolls? Is it a new location too?
I've been failing 60-70% scrolls as if they were 20% chance of success... very annoying.

    usually I find enduring (found in Sanctity ruins battle) a lot more worthwhile than solid due to the extra usage of stamina.

    Solid drops from Colhen raids, but I forget which specifically. Colru most likely.

    Colru (Solid, Leopard's, Divine Punishment) and Lionotus (Solid, Tutelary, Well-Balanced).

    Apparently Kanjel (Herb Lands) also drops it as well.
