Enhanting revamp announcement seems wrong

On the Enchanting front, all Enchant Scrolls have had their ranks reorganized to Rank F through Rank A.

ALL scrolls being changed to rF-A seems very odd. This would mean that even r7 scrolls get turned into rA, which then brings up the question of whether they will still break your gear. If not, that means enchant runes just became useless, and we know that is too good to be true.

Im willing to bet the announcement is wrong and its also talking about CURRENT rF-A scrolls having their success rates adjusted, rather than ALL scrolls being re-organized into rf-A.

Especially since the teaser info we have from korea doesnt mention all scrolls being changed into rf-A : http://forums.vindictus.nexon.net/discussion/1379/changes-to-enchant-scrolls/p1

Now the question is whether r9-8 scrolls can break your gear after this update because theres no mention of that in the announcement...theres a chance we might not get that change because NA wants to sell more enchant runes. Pretty important for people sitting on scrolls like enthus/fast and waiting for the update to remove the break chance.

    If there's any reason why we won't get this change it is simply because KR didn't get it until episode 3.

    Sounds like the patch notes for scrolls weren't translated right. Or they didn't implement the full change of the scrolls. Because certain Rank 9 scrolls were changed to A on KR. Twinkling for example is now Rank A. A LOT of Rank F-B scrolls were scrapped as well.

    Have to agree with DragonBlade and Dealer on this. Mistanslation seems to be the case here. At least it was corrected though.
