I got banned (again x2 (for no reason (really)))

Why is this happening to me?

Last night, I was online and attempt some Neamhain with guildies, tonight I want to login and try again, see my account permanently banned. I sent in a ticket, but make this topic to ask if anyone suddenly got banned just like me?

Edit: just in case, last time I got banned, they ban all my account that I have spent NX on. I sent in a tickets and it turned out the reason is error on their billing department.

    This is starting to get out of hand, now.

    I think it's about time we went back to Hackshield and PERMANENTLY dumped that waste of memory Blackcipher.

    Update: 4 hours later, my Kai got banned too. He was completely fine when they ban my Lynn, and I didn't do anything on him in the time. Have to update that ticket.

    I installed a game called Jets n Guns Gold yesterday. I was playing it for awhile while leaving my char in the background for Migration event, then switch to Minecraft. I can't recall if the character was my Lynn or Kai or not, though.

    At the moment, my Fiona, Arisha, Delia, Vella are still fine.

    Yeah, just in case thing like this happen. Last time they banned all my accounts but one because I didn't spent any nx on that account, so I was able to play until they release the other accounts.
