From videos I've seen (which are not a lot at this point, but something for each character), staff Evie honestly sounds like the biggest winner of this patch. Arcane Gate change for scythe is huge also (I almost cried when I saw someone get hit and not get interrupted), but the staff buffs are a game changer. Kai I think may have actually been nerfed slightly- tiny buffs he got do not seem worth needing SP for enhanced bolt.
