Difference b/w Infernal Battle Devil & Normal set?

Why is Nexon selling an outfitter this week (Infernal Battle Devil set) when it is identical to an already-existing outfitter in the shop (Battle Devil Set)?

Is there any difference b/w the two?? :/

    Premium/special outfit sets have higher in-town movement speed, +2bal, and some extra ATT.
