I counted the number of inners available for all female heroes:
From newest to oldest heroes / Inner count:
Miri 71
Delia 51
Arisha 69
Lynn 67

This is an ongoing problem that is still not addressed after over a year. What surprised me is that Miri have the 2nd most inner while being the newest character. That doesn't make sense.
PS - Miri doesn't have access to Rockstar inner + hair. Can't use saved Rockstar tickets on her. (less)
