So there've been new big windows update that introduced 3D paint and other new stuff. Becouse of it my Vindictus didn't wanted to launch (i had the same problem half year ago). Solution is to restore Windows to last compilation in settings :take note that this action can delete some of the programmes installed on new compilation: (hope that nexon will release compatible version of Vindictus soon)
