Simple answer: Yes, you will need to log in everyday if you want all of the rewards toward the end without spending.
The reward you receive corresponds with the total number of days you logged in, not the date you log in.
Historically, if they have "Day X" printed instead of a date you can't skip days.
More technical answer: You only have to login for as many days in which you don't have enough "CHANCE" tickets for. I recommend reading the event page if you haven't yet.
If it works like previous ones, then you find the hair in the shop and when you're choosing your payment method it should be listed similar to when you use any other hair coupon.
Would be nice if they made an ingame announcement for when these golden time events happen otherwise all we can do is test if its working or not.
They used to do that iirc, when they were from 4-9pm or w/e it would announce there was bonus evil core, x2 exp and what not. Don't know why they stopped.
