  • After 2 years of not playing...

Deflect is still used depending on the situation; if you just sit around waiting to PG SECA AK then you're playing Fiona at a very low skill threshold, something you seem to be very bothered about. Focal spam promoted def stacking face tanking, yet another low skill playstyle which again seems to bother you.
Fiona doesn't use glitches now, she plays heavily with repositioning with your normals and counters and kick dash focals.
Long bow is buffed, Arisha's MP swap is mostly due to inconsistency of getting drains in party environments, Karok is one of the most powerful characters with a solid kit now.

If the Devs hated skilled play, then by all means try to survive Neamhain for more than 2 minutes.

Next time, do your research first before you come swinging k?

  • A Guide to Glaive

A lot of people prefer turning the option off as it gives you more freedom with aiming without moving your camera all over the place. It also lets you attack in a certain direction while still being able to look around. For instance, you can attack backwards while still looking at the boss having the camera to your face.
But it's most certainly preference and if you feel more comfortable with it, by all means.

The timing for little rat is just plain grinding. You'll get it down as you play more and it's very natural to keep getting hit and mistiming dodges. As evident by the new boss, everyone goes through that period of unfamiliarity.

To the people who are afraid of doing Neam due to bars, I'd just like to say it's possible to do all of her stuff consistently with enough practice.
So far I have gate and Neit's 6 combo at around 60-70%, while Neam's OHKO wave at around 80% all at 2 bars.

    Just persevere frends!

guide me how to gate at 2 bars pls :D
    better with pics.

The method I found out that worked for me was using the sound and finding a correct starting point. I stand at my ideal spot, and then count the 'whoosh' sounds and from there it's a muscle memory memorization of whatever my class has to do to get by. For me visuals don't work since every time I tried to rely on visuals I'd get bounced back as a corpse even if I clear through on my screen. Not exactly sure why sound works, but I'll take it.

Also for getting in position, looking at the minimap helps massively. She will always spawn at the north. Alternatively you can just look for the tower, but this is more inconsistent because Neit sometimes blocks the view to it.

  • Lynn wind step buff latency delays

Currently, Lynn's wind step buff has to relay the data to host and back to client. If the Lynn has small delays, it also translates to wind step being delayed since it has to get the data from the host that the Lynn has the wind step buff.

Being that the two most notorious of defense mechanisms that are affected heavily with latency delays got fixed (Cross cut and Impenetrable), might we also suggest this to KR so we can have this hopefully be made to be client sided as well? Having wind step be unreliable isn't as big a problem as the other two mentioned, but it's still quite troublesome. Lynn is still playable due to her many other defensive options but this one is a big part of letting Lynn play at a much more aggressive level.

    Thanks!
