Howdy..
First Suggestion: Slow down on the Gapcha Events make them quarterly vs putting one out as soon as one ends you need to allow time for the market to recover between them as most people who buy the NX Gapcha's do it to sell the items to people who don't buy NX when the gold profit goes away goes we don't buy as many as there is no point.
Second: NEVER do BACK TO BACK Gold events again. They should be seasonal and/or around holiday's. What you did was create a Gold Shortage in game by doing 2 of them back to back with the low success rate. Making the shortage of gold and destabilizing the market this causes people to either Quit Playing or Utilize Gold Sellers. N/A is not KR people just quit N/A games and move on to other games for the most part or solve the problem with our checkbook.
Third: Remove the Essences from the Seal shop. Keep the Shards as those are more common to drop and are farmable and maybe make them account bound versus Character bound. Doing so would keep people running the S3 Bosses and buying Vindicator Boxes and bring the Value back up on Orange level 90 Gear but still in an obtainable price at least until the 95 gear is available.
Fourth: (Newish) Introduce a Perm Gapcha for appearance items like you currently have but leave out Costumes and have it rotate monthly with 2 armor sets a month. For example; (Twinkling armor (Set)(M/F), Therepist (Set)(M/F) Bound until opened 3 unbinds not bound 3%), (Twinkling Part, Therapist Part, Normal Dye Amp Empty(3) 3 unbind not bound 6%), (Armor Fusion Rune's (Prem/Normal) 10%), Fillers Normal Dye Amp Filled (Premium Colors True Black (0,0,0), Hot Pink, Bright Gold, Pure White (255,255.255), Orange, Dark Blue, and Pure Red) (1), Normal Dye Amp Empty (1), Various Merc Pots, Graces., AP 500, 1k. Rotate out the 3% and 6% items Monthly.
Fifth: (New) Introduce Appearance Weapons and older since removed quest weapons (Like Friendship Swords, Crowbars, ect) Most games have these and are good sellers in their cash shops. This could be done with both Fuse items (Normal Equipment) and a new item in Costume Tab to have just appearance changes and or effect changes. I can see things like Cursed Blades (Black smoke coming off weapons, Blessed weapon effect where it has a nice white glow, Element effects like Fire, Poison slime ect to go with other appearance items like Cursed Devil wings and Phoenix wings)
Storage Change: A lot of us long time players tend to collect Costumes and Inners and with our constant buying NX items our NX inventory is a bit cluttered and the sorting isn't that great. I would make an NX Tab for Bound Costumes and Inners, tattoo's and Hair I would have a single row with a side scroll for just inners, a box below it with a grid 6 across and 8 down and a side scroll. that when auto sorted would have each row set to (head, top, leg, hand, shoe, Hair, Face Tattoo/Makeup/Beard/Mustache, Body Tattoo's) and maybe a way to save 5 or 6 appearance layouts. (IE, Costume Helm, Top, Leg, Glove, Shoe, Inner and, Tattoo Placement) for those of use who play the Appearance Meta Game it would be real helpful.
Market Change: Change the List location settings on some of the items. Right now you have Airtight Costumes in Several different locations and event items all over the place its hard to tell what is where anymore. IMO I think it would be easier to have just one Category to include all Cash and NX event items with sub-categories Costumes (All Airtight and previously Tradable ones go there Iset, Keaghan, Forgemistress) Consumables (Airtight AP Caps, Runes, Skill Stuff, Merc pots ect) Dyes (sub-cat of Equip and Avatar). Pets (All Sealed Pets (Gold Chieftain, Hellfairy, Army/Navy Cheiftains/Gremlins).
IMO Enchantment Scrolls in Market should be categorized on their own outside of enchantment Elixirs and Powders by Prefix Accessories, Prefix Weapon/Shield, Prefix Armor, Suffix Accessories Suffix Weapon/Shield, Suffix Armor. Any Type (Those low rank scrolls that can go on Armor Weapon or Accessory) as they are right now its a Mess to find what you are looking for and often spend more on an enchantment as you don't see the same enchant 3 to 4 pages down for less.
That is just some of the Major Annoyances that could be remedied that I see on the day to day.
