Insane Reaper : 16 sec cooldown, since the cooldown of Reaper is 15 sec.
Void Star : SP 70, since you're gonna use it a lot.
Rest is preference, tho people mostly goes for Damage 8-10% for obvious reasons.
I personally don't use Damage awakenings …
