Whispering Fairtytale book Via mail

Now I was leveling Sylus, and I received (as you can probably guess) a Whispering Fairytale book via a drop. When it wasn't in my inventory, I saw it was in my mailbox. The message said that the book wasn't sent to my inventory because my "Storage Chest is full", my storage was, and still is only half full. I received an error whenever I tried to accept the item (failed to received restricted item). after much frustration I bought it from the marketplace, which gave me the item in my inventory, which i equipped. However, I got another message from the marketplace this time saying the same thing as before, this book could also not be received. Currently I have 5 of the same message in my mailbox, and the game believes I should not have this item. There is also a previous discussion on this, in July with no response from anyone on how to correct this issue, which apparently this bug happens only to Sylus. I'm not gonna lie that this is written in extreme frustration over a stupid, minor thing, but it bothers me, and I REALLY WANT THIS FIXED.

    In case someone else sees this post, the reason this happens is because it is a "unique item," so you can only have one in your inventory/on your character. Seems pretty silly in my opinion, but I'm certain that's why there's this issue

    Hi,

    I found the problem, just delete the object of the invantaire to be able to recover that of the mail. Repeat the operation for the number of books to retrieve.
