featherweight package for the body and leg

since there is only the oufit featherweight for the head, hand and foot i was hoping there will be one for the body and leg.

    thought i heard they were gonna remove warm welcome, through which we get these things, and that they probably wont replace it til a later date. no idea if titles and gear will come back.

    there is the twinkling set, but its overpriced and has a stupid aura.
