    It will probably be a only 1 time use. kind of like the makeup coupons you can get from the gachas

    if similar to eira's makeup coupon in the past it's a one time use coupon that gives a makeup that doesn't expire.

    Inners and hairs that are "unlimited" can be changed unlimited amount of times, but their duration is temporary. Permanent thing is one use, but remains forever (as an item, so you can have few to choose from).
