I don't understand how it works.
I go to the avatar shop, select a inner armor, the coupon is visible when I mouseover the button, but the wallet is allways NX charged...

It's not a free Coupon ?

    Try right-clicking on that inner armor coupon in the inventory. In my case I had to "unpack" it before use.

    ok I found.
    You have to actualy buy the inner armor but in the payment window, select permanent then the coupon in the top right combobox.
    That's not like the free hair, it's quite disturbing :)
