Does anyone have any further information on this Special Enhancement Rune? Is it just a normal Premium Rune?? I'm assuming we'll have to wait until the servers are up; but any additional information would be helpful!!

    For anyone else who was wondering as I was, the Special Enhancement Rune works for +11 -> +12 on any equipment.
