Does using runes affect your enhance bonus? Cuz i just failed using a rune, but I got no enhance bonus. Is that how its supposed to work?

Does it count as a fail only if you boom it?

    it says +11 and higher

    I think it applies only to items that are at +10 up to +14. Failing while using a green enhancement rune will not give fail stacks from what I understand.

    It downgrades by 1 and gives 1 failstack to the downgraded level pree sure
