Why i don't have sub-eng in cut scene

it is that i played many character and then story arrive to Dullahan. when i finished quest and entry to cut scene

first character Vella i have sub - eng

but two other character (Evie Arisha) don't have sub eng

i need to know how to fix is that

    YEAH i never know too. cause cut scene season 1 and season 2 or Lugh lamfada quest don't have sub eng but why Dullahan have and only one Character haha

    so i need to know this
