Possible return of Demon Hunter Outfit?

I really like the Demon Hunter Outfit and it was a shame that the first and last appearance I can remember was it being a gatcha box. I just received it as a random reward from the Tour of Duty Outfitter Package.

Sadly it will only last for 14 days and I wish there was a way to pay for it to be permanent. Does anyone know if this outfit may return for purchase someday?
