I really hope this doesn't mean the event to make the safeguard runes good is going to be done before we get lv 100.

* Notice: Destruction Safeguard Rune Removal (10/30)
Starting October 30th, 2018, the Destruction Safeguard Rune will be removed from the shop.
This decision was made due to enhancement revamps and legal issues.
We thank you for using the created rune up until now, and for your kind understanding regarding.
Does this mean if I want to buy one from the shop, I need to buy it right now?
Yes. You won't be able to buy them again... But with the new enhance system there isn't much reason for them unless we have the event that is going to happen before the new system comes out :-(
