Account problem

Hello, i stopped playing Vindictus for like 1 year and i had a Lynn lvl 70 ~ as far as i remember, and i also spent money to get some NX . The problem is i still have my account & password in my PC in a notepad , but it doesn't work anymore ? I can't log either using the nexon launcher and into the official site, anyone can help ?

    fk i have like that problem i think my account was deleted why i dont know. played like 4 year and everything is gone :/
