Missing cosmetics

Some characters didn't receive some of the cosmetics that were released along with them or their second weapon.
A few of these items are:

Miri's Dragon Rise Inner Armor (that is available for all female characters in KR)

Hurk's new hair style (Hurk only)

Lynn's new make-up (Lynn only)

    I've updated the list, the following items have been removed as they were part of today's update:
    Arisha's Exquisite Agony Hairstyle
    Lynn's Swirling Bloom Hairstyle
