Weapon Enhancement +10 Purple

So I came back to Vindictus after 2 years. I just want to try the new bosses and such. So I bought the item that lets you enhance weapon to +11. My Regina bow is a purple bow at +10. I need 7 unbind potions to unbind it. Now the problem is, it won't let me enhance to +11. Is it cuz it has to be unbound? The weapon is was never broken. It just has 7 unbinds. Can anyone help me?

    It has to be orange tier to be able to go above +10.

    This. You only need an orange main to go to +12, but you require full orange to go above that.
