Found a tutorial video on Delia and came upon this. I found his attack speed comparison pretty neat.

Click the image to see it in action (gifv file not supported in these forums)

~ 3 seconds of inputs to get to her best DPS skill. Definitely the most attack speed intensive character.

Looks like 64 speed is the sweet spot. Going past that will be incredibly expensive and inefficient. Guess I'll swap out righteous for immoral now haha.

gif takes too long to upload, and gifv is not supported.

Just click the image (couldn't screencap the frame w/ the right end time) .

    The numbers are disconcerting.
    80 attack speed - 3.7166 seconds
    90 attack speed - 3.6500 seconds = .06660 difference from previous
    99 attack speed - 3.4833 seconds = .16670 difference from previous

If this is accurate and I'm assuming it is...
People always talk about "diminishing returns" from more attack speed. Well, here's proof that you're wrong.
He gained more attack speed going from 90 to 99 than from 80 to 90.

Here's a quick Google excel plot with a 5th order polynomial to encapsulate the rate of change decently well like this. Thanks, Google.

It'd be nice if there was a higher quality video recorded at 60fps so we can count individual frames and packet those to see the results more clearly.

    this is not accurate tho

on delia you can't measure it with 100% confidence because the "pause" factor will differ each attempt, even if just a fraction of a second,it shows in the results

Yeah this is the major problem for this comparison. It is highly unlikely that this person perfect framed each attack speed tier for this smash. It would be a better comparison doing the normal smash without delay for a more accurate result.

Really good gif, thanks for sharing! Just pay attention to how fast Delia reaches the twirl before the pause smash is initiated to get a more accurate result +best
