lv. 0 unbind weapon and premium rune +10 to +11

Hello,

I owned a lv. 95 +11 Dullahan scyther with 3 remaining unbind levels.

Unhappily, I tried do it +12 with unstable runes and I had failed 3 times.

Now I have 0 unbind level on my +10 Dullahan scyther, and the item is permanent bind to me. Hence, I know that cannot use anymore the unstable runes.

However, can I buy a Nx Premiun Enchant Rune in order to try made it again to +11, or the rune cannot be used anymore (because the item has 0 unbid level)?

    first of all, do you mean "destruction safeguard rune" (green rune) instead of "unstable rune"?
    if the item is not restored it can still be enhanced, with or without a premium enhance rune (blue rune).

    In fact, I misunderstood "unstable rune", the correct is the destruction safeguard (green).

    Anyway, I have returned my Scyth to +11 buying only one Premium rune (blue).
    After all my 4 normal premium runes from event fails.
