Why bother buying +15 lvl 90s?
I've been visually examining the emporium and descried that a influx of buyers are probing for +15 Lvl 90 spears or any type of weapon. If you find a seller, you'll ask for around 1 billion - 1.5 billion gold pieces. You'll be so ecstatic that you were able to convince the seller to COD you for your asking price because that is all that you can afford. If you can't make a deal, then you'll be asked to pay more which you don't want because you'll expound to them that Lvl 95 +15 has better stats or that the mp price of +15 lvl 90 are around 1b-1.5b. So why even bother wasting your precious time buying or arguing to a seller about a +15 Lvl 90 weapon if you can't meet the seller's demands? Its really not worth the effort or time to persuade them into selling it cheaper to you. It sure may be foolish for him to market a weapon for a high price but if you are incapable of meeting the seller's demand, then you shouldn't even be buying anything at all. Are you going to ask to buy a +15 lvl 95 weapon for the "low" because +15 lvl 100 weapons is just around the corner?
Its a luxury for anyone to have disposable income for this game to buy what you want but to tell a seller that its expensive is almost insulting to them. Not everyone can afford to pay more than 100M for any weapon. It's illogical for any seller to accept your virtual gold for a +15 lvl 95 because C.A.S.H is king and your gold isn't.

+15 Lvl 95 is possible but just that not many high ballers want to make their own.
The odds post rise to self make a +15 weapon are so much lower without double boom that to anyone that is complaining about paying a sellers cost on a +15 they might as well be impossible.
Its a luxury to own a +15 now than before because the circumstances has changed. To own a piece of that luxury item, you must pay as much to own it. "Louis Vuitton".
Tough economy given that plaguebase either went dormant or players just rather play on "friend's" account (^__^)
