Bath Soap Problem

can you guys get the bath soap? :O I see it in chat

Example: "X person used premium soap channel 6 Colhen"

then i go there... I see everyone getting the buff and I don't even see he buff up there for some reason. and can't get the buff no matter how long I stay in there

    This happens when Vindi's time conflicts with the OS' time.
    Quit game.
    Go to Settings/Control Panel, make sure that you turn off and on the Set Time Automatically setting.
    Start game again to check.
