How do you complete weekly missions 8 times?

Can someone explain how to complete weekly missions 8 times in one month for the monthly temporal mission? There's only 4 weeks in a month!

    Yeah. 4 weeks. 4 missions every week, complete 8 of them and you're done..

    Each individual mission in the weekly mission list counts as 1.
    You can complete 4 weekly missions per week.
