So now that we get guaranteed 13s forever, do the stones make the weapon untradeable and permabound like the 150 seal shop one? If it doesn't, which I'm assuming, then hurrah +13 is the new standard requirement for everyone. +15s are worth even less now.

From the box the item is described as:
"Airtight +13 Flawless Enhancement Stone: Has a 100% chance of enhancing a +12 weapon to +13"
    and
"All Airtight items can be traded to other players once"

    Sounds tradeable to me.

Yeah, that's what the box says, but not what it actually gives

Can only be traded within the account and you need to open your wallet.

    Pay 2 win everyone.

On the bright side, it'll probably bring down the prices of +13 and higher for us non-wallet folk.

    ...Right?

These are only account tradable , they do NOT permabind when u use the +13 stone, and they are NOT forever, they are only here for a little over month. If we follow the other regions like JP, we may have stones that only have rates like 60% success in the permanent hero boxes.

Even though you may think it's pay to win, the overall chance of obtaining the highest possible 100% (+13) stone it just too rare. You can spend over 100$ USD and if you're lucky get a +12 100% stone. That's not really pay to win if you ask me. That's just plain crazy.. The stones +11-+13 are 100%, yeah I get it, but then if you-spend 1,000$ USD you will probably end up with 10 stones, is it worth?

Pay to win would make it easy to get with barely any effort aka. buying them from NX depot directly with no limit, at let's say..... 9,900 NX + ea +11,+12, or +13 stone 100%-stone..

And yea, i get it's your money but honestly if you played this game long enough, you would know spending 500 USD $ ++ for a chance on one stone is just dumb..

The worst part is there is no exchange shop to get a guaranteed stone at +11-+13..

You not being able to afford the pay2win does not make something NOTpay2win.
    That is such silly logic.

Pay2win = Money gives you an tangible FACTUAL advantage over non-spenders in gameplay.

    ...Right?

Nope. As others have detailed its rare to get these stones. Coupled with the fact that they are untradeable makes it unlikely it will impact +13 pricing in any noticeable way.

Not only that, but anyone that is paying this much to get them isn't going to settle for a +13. They will go for a +14 or better. (Though honestly it would better for them to sell +13s and buy whatever they want, assuming it exists...)

I also didn't realize these weren't permanent until later in the night. So yeah, any few +13's it might add into circulation are most likely going to be boomed anyway.

Would've been fantastic if they were tradeable, but alas.
