How to reset UI?

One element has somehow gotten dragged off screen and I still get the pop up for it but it isn't able to be clicked and dragged. Check the UI tab, but I don't see anything to reset to default. Anyone know how to fix this?

    If you're willing, I'm sure the file uipos.cfg in the Vindictus/en-US/cfg directory is responsible for UI locations, so moving it would cause a new reset one to generate.
    I'm sure you've tried these buttons, but I was under the impression that they were for resetting the UI's

    Seems that when I did it the first time I just didn't hit the System button or didn't hit apply, not sure which. Mucho gracias.
