tryed to fuse Black Pearl and Inocent cry into Dragon Ear Cuffs, but both earrings are not addable because TIME LIMITED RESTRICTIONS ?

    Black Pearl Earrings and Innocent Cry are accessories, not armor. They cannot be fused, and they have no bearing on your character's appearance even if they could.
