Quick question regarding shared storage

So the requirement to use shared storage is level 60. Does this apply to all the shared storage or just to the free one everyone gets? For some reason I have level 1 characters that have some NX items that I want to transfer through shared storage. If anyone knows that'd be great~

    Only apply to free shared storage, other shared storages can be used even with lvl 1 char.
