    Armorsmithing can craft the level 60 set "Serpent Shock" (2-heavy 3-light).
    Tailoring can craft the level 54 set "Dragon Rise" (5-light).

    If there is a third one, it's not present in the preview-able outfits, nor is it craftable at this time.
    Traditionally, each character has two level 60 sets: a Titan set and a Colru set.
    I suggest farming Episode 6 (Fomorian Base) or Episode 9 (Albey) areas to find out for sure - which ever one does not drop Serpent Shock will likely drop the other. If they both drop Serpent Shock...then it's probably hopeless.
