You used to get 100 inherited power fragments from dismantling OJ shards. They now give 25. Not mentioned in any patch notes...bug or stealth nerf?

    I think it came about post rise. I know there were previous QQ threads about it. I think lv 95 still give 100, but lv 90 only give 25 as you mentioned.

    the price of both fragments was way too low because there was too much supply and not many ppl were using them

    now it no longer feels like crap when you finally loot an orange
