Arkana is a raid boss, taking place after Aes Sidhe content. Initially she was confused for announced Arisha's 2nd weapon or new Reedemers battle.

At the same time, Spellbooks have been reworked. TO BE ADDED


TO BE ADDED ABOUT SPELLBOOKS...
SHORTCUT:
• EVERYONE BUT FIONA AND ARISHA CAN USE SPELLBOOKS NOW
• SPELLBOOK STATS HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED
• NEW RANK 6 SCROLLS FOR SPELLBOOKS HAVE BEEN ADDED
• EXISTING SPELLBOOK SCROLLS HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED
• FOMORIAN BOOK IS STILL ONLY FOR EVIE & SYLAS
• UNSURE, BUT CASTLET/FOCUS CAN BE INFUSED AND SCROLLED NOW?
• UNSURE, BUT SHIELD SCROLLS COULD GET ADJUSTED, OR MAYBE CAN USE THE NEW

    We've kinda had Arkana and the spellbooks for a good while. No idea about Castlet or Shield being scrolled or infused yet since I'm working on Lann.

    Please look around then. Unsure of where I saw it exactly, but I think it was scroll description. As far I know they wanted to make it more equal to everyone, so perhaps there is it.

    Oh I know they wanted to make it happen. I announced it in the Vindi discord when the devnote first hit xD I don't think they put it into test just yet but I'll need to ask my friends. Also Shields were always able to be scrolled and enhanced. Infusion idk yet. I'll find out in due time. Castlets definitely not but I know they plan on making it happen. It may have already happened for all I know (been playing 4 other games for the past month lol....)

    The ES are already listed here.
    Focus has always been infusable. It'll just be able to have shield enchants now.

    What I meant is that they wanted/might want to make all of these 3 types (shields, book and focuses) somewhat equal to each other. To achieve it, perhaps some scrolls became/will become shared. Probably a new high level Focus, based on some rare orange is needed first to do so. I am just trying to straighten fractional information that came up with the book update.

    캐스틀릿 does mean Castlet (focus in NA because uh......what is reading Hangul right? All jokes aside). I definitely won't be confirming this soon for a few reasons. 1.) Lann is my main priority in terms of in game progress. 2.) Vindi is not my main priority in terms of games to stream (I still have to beat Trails of Cold Steel III and I'm near 80 hours in and still not even close to finished). 3.) Yakuza Kiwami 2 comes out in JP next month, Yakuza 6 comes out in NA 2018, Monster Hunter: World also comes out in 2018 (too many games releasing that I wanna play) 4.) I've been heavily working on Unity Engine for game development.

    So as you see I'm doing my best to balance everything evenly. I think once I beat Trails of Cold Steel III it will be easier to balance everything else.

    Apparently Spellbook rework is not tied to Arkana update, as it arrived here today (with Miri update).
    Changes include:
    • All Spell Books (excluding the Fomorian Book) can now be equipped by Delia, Hurk, Kai, Karok, Lann, Lynn, Miri and Vella, in addition to Evie and Sylas
      • All Spell Books will now grant STR and ATT at the same proportion as INT and M.ATT
      • Spell Books are now classified as part of the Totem subclass
      • All Enchants that used to be applied to Spellbooks now can be applied to Totems
    • New Item: The Book of Legacy
      • Grants +60 STR, +80 INT and +3 Crit
      • Requires Level 95
      • Can be equipped by Delia, Evie, Hurk, Kai, Karok, Lann, Lynn, Miri, Sylas and Vella
      • Can be crafted by Brynn for 5x Eternal Legacy, 100x Paradise Orbs and 350,000 Gold
      • Eternal Legacy can be acquired from Evil Cores in Lv. 95 Raids (currently Dullahan only)
    • Fomorian Book is being discontinued
      • Fomorian Book can no longer drop be acquired in-game
      • Fomorian Book remains equippable by only Evie and Sylas
      • Fomorian Books already acquired will remain fully functional
    • Sage's enchant now grants +15 STR
    • Chaos enchant now grants ATT when proc'd
