I haven't received a mail with the event items, I assume that the issue is that I created my account a little late and the IGN wasn't registered in the time when the mails were distributed to the players.

    Perhaps there is a level restriction since most sub-stories begin unlocking at level 10. I have no intention of testing this out, but perhaps this insight might be helpful.

    I can confirm that you do not get it at level 10. I have the same issue of not having recieved it.

    Yep, I got mine as well. I was hoping, with the whole enhancement stone gimmick, that it wouldn't be a damn limited item you can only use for a month.....
