Seems like that'd be far "too soon" for Miri.. Even though we're still so many months behind in content. Plus, they'd be hinting + hyping it up by now.
Probably another part of RISE.If i remember,the guy that always pre-stream new content for us showed an update where the prices of Dullahan weapon essence significantly went down in their server.
Not sure, but maybe there was an adjustment of drop rate,not sure.

In the August 10th update, Kr got increased drop rate of Dully Weapon, Armor, and Leg essences along with lowered Hands, Feet, and Shield essences drop rate. Unspecified estimate values.
But it sounds like you are referencing something before that.
Miri most certainly won't come till at least post-October.

Keep in mind that KR is far more populated than NA with more "dedicated" players that constantly keep playing the game so drops like those are way more common, as well as having the drop rate of items like those increased. NA doesn't really have a thriving economy like that.
If we don't get her on the 27th I'm gonna be really disappointed, I have nothing to do in game anymore besides title farm and prep gear (which I'm almost done with)
