  There is no daily location. You do daily raids to get a ticket. Collect five and exchange them with the Strange Traveler for a bingo number every day.

  It doesn't have to be from raids. I personally do 5 Lakoria's which takes 5 minutes or so and receive my daily cap on tickets.
