    Not sure where hornywatermelon got chart from, however on Live KR, there are +11, +12, and +13 100% rune thingies in the seal of bravery shop.

    Do they work only on weapons? Or armors aswell? I heard once you use them it binds the item and you can't enhance again. I don't know just asking... :p

    The ones from seal shop only work on weapons. Only the 13 one won't allow you to enhance anymore, but this might not be the case for JP's.
