It was "announced" that it's dead when the staff chose not to pick a winner since March. Feel free to keep posting if you like, though.
Not having picked winners since March is very concerning. If they are no longer continuing this contest, at the very least they should make an announcement saying hey, we're no longer continuing this contest and thank you for your submissions. It is the courteous thing to do.
