I have no idea where Crescent Moonlight's Enchant Scroll drops since the Rise update came out.
Please leave a comment if you know which boss drops it. Thanks !

    oh thats true, Sparkling es is now a downgrade ish / revamp of cm es lol

    As said, CM ES is no longer obtainable, The Dead ES is now higher rank and drops from S3 raids, but there's a worse version of The Dead as a replace for CM ES. For more scrolls and details look here: http://forums.vindictus.nexon.net/discussion/10814/enchant-process-post-rise
